Cards are not sent by USPS Ground. All are sent as 1st Class Mail and will not have tracking. You will see Etsy assign what looks like a tracking number, but it is not and may lead to incorrect information.
If you are seeing a ‘Delivered’ status it means it has arrived to your local post office and will be to you in 1-2 days.
